We charge a small diagnosis fee for our time to let you know what the problem is. But, you do not pay this diagnosis fee if you decide to have your computer fixed with us. 

Our service/diagnosis fee’s include tax and parts are sold at the price we pay. (at-cost).

on-site service  and tutoring for ~$40 / hour.

*Pickup-delivery is typically $20 but with-in Caledonia we will not charge this fee. We will install the computer and any peripherals at the time of setup if requested by the customer,  at no extra charge (to a reasonable limit of time/devices).
